Our history
After working in the wine and spirits industry for over twenty years, Louis-Philippe and I,
Éric-Gabriel, decided in 2022 to create Distillat. We have always been patient and dedicated to our convictions, and this has helped us to navigate challenges and move towards our goal. At no time did we lose sight of our goal of offering spirits lovers fine, unique products of the highest quality.Distillat is above all a story of passion, sharing and integrity.
Our logo
The wolf, king of our forests, embodies dignity, courage, instinct, mystery and freedom. Like the wolf, we remain faithful and loyal to our values and to the people around us. We carry within us the freedom to create products that are unique and different, while respecting raw materials and our environment. As for our mysterious side, it’s evident in the list of herbs and spices we use to create our spirits, a list that’s very much a secret!
Our mission
At Distillat, our vision is clear: to offer unique, finely-tuned spirits that preserve the soul of the raw materials and enhance it with local flavors. Our aim is to offer you remarkable, elegant spirits that you can enjoy on the rocks or in cocktails.
Our philosophy
We are truly sensitive to the footprints we leave on our planet. For this reason and without hesitation, we opted for a beautiful bottle made from 100% recycled glass. The decision to use a very minimalist label is also part of this environmental awareness. This approach is also applied to the development of our products. We prefer organically-grown herbs for our macerations.
Distillat rum is a pure delight, every sip an unforgettable experience.
