7 years Spiced rum
There’s no secret about it: to create quality products, we have to use exceptional raw materials. Our rum base comes from Panama. The master distiller has been working here for over 50 years. He knows all the contents of his barrels. At our request, he concocted a magnificent blend of different rum barrels.
Sugar cane
Our rum is produced in Panama from sugar cane grown on plantations close to the distillery. The cane is cut and pressed in mills to extract the juice. It is then filtered to remove residues. To ensure optimum aroma concentration, the distillate is then placed in evaporators, a crucial step in removing excess water. The resulting molasses is then carefully fermented at strictly controlled temperatures, before being distilled in a column still.


Aging
Its beautiful amber color comes from 7 years of maturation in American oak barrels used for Bourbon production. No added coloring, just maturing in wood!
A vacation feeling
For us, rum is synonymous with vacations, pleasure and sweetness. With these words in mind, we imagined and created our rum. You’ll discover fine aromas of apricot and vanilla punctuated by a slightly herbaceous touch. The finish is suave, persistent and elegant.
